First house (number 17) has one double bed bedroom and 2 single beds bedroom.
The house number 19 is split in 2 separate apartments- one up, composed by a double bed bedroom, 2 single beds bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room and one down which has a bedroom with 3 single beds and one sofa bed in the living room
The third house (number 21) has one double bed bedroom, one 2 single beds bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room.
All 4 apartments have its own kitchen and bathroom and livingroom
All 3 properties share a big garden and swimming pool.

Villa Marbella is in the neighbourhood Roca Grossa just 2 km from the sandy beach of Lloret de Mar. The famous resort of Lloret de Mar is located on the beautiful coastline of the Costa Brava, about 30km south of Girona and 6km from the authentic Spanish town of Tossa de Mar. Lloret de Mar is a popular and frequently visited place. It especially has a lot to offer for tourists. A palm promenade, a long pearl-white sandy beach where you can enjoy water sports, an ancient part of town with quaint narrow streets where you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants, night clubs, tennis courts, horse riding, mini golf, cool water park, golf courses and cultural sights. Want to escape the hustle and bustle then you don’t have to drive far because the beautiful green landscapes that offer an oasis of calm and quiet are just around the corner. On domestic routes you'll pass picturesque villages, where old traditions such as pottery and basket weaving are to be admired.
