    Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people with six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed on 2 floors connected with internal stairs. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

    INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is formed from the GROUND FLOOR which has a large living room with Sat / DTT TV with access to the terrace and pool. A separate kitchen with gas fire and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Apart from a toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed with access to the solarium and bathroom with bathtub en suite, two bedrooms with two single beds in each. A little bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. In addition to a bathroom with individual shower.

    EXTERIOR: Nice covered terrace with barbecue where there is also the 9x4 pool with metal stairs with enough space for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for 4-5 vehicles. The plot is fully fenced.

    LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet urbanization called “Ortembach” a short distance from the center of Calpe, just 3.2 km away and the sandy beach 2 km away. The nearest supermarket is only 400 meters from the house.

    OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
