BEAUTIFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 8 people. LAY OUT: This lovely villa of 280m2 is distributed on two floors and is connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs we have three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower en suite and one with shower and bath). Finally there is a large terrace overlooking the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a shower room and guest toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator and kitchen island and two beautiful and comfortable lounges and a dining room. EXTERIOR: The villa is built on a plot of 2050m2. It has a large pool located on a terrace overlooking the Rock of Ifach and the blue sea. On this terrace there is a covered area with a place to relax with comfortable furniture, pool table, ping pong and an extra fridge. Access the plot through manual gate where there is enough space to park the vehicles. LOCATION: This lovely villa is located in a residential area of Calpe, 10 min from the village and its magnificent sandy beaches. OTHER: FREE WIFI INTERNET. AIR CONDITIONING IN THREE BEDROOMS.
