    BIG HOLIDAY VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for a maximum of 10 people. LAYOUT: This big villa is spread over two floors, connected by an outside staircase. On the top floor there are two bedrooms ( one double and one with singles) and a bathroom. There is an independent kitchen and a living dining room. There is also an open terrace with views over the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. On the lower floor, at pool level, there are three bedrooms (one double and two with singles), one bathroom ensuite and a separate shower room. There is also a living dining room with comfortable sofas and an independent kitchen. EXTERIOR: The villa has a well looked after garden that is layout on different levels, with palms and various plants. On the lowest level you can find the pool, which is great for those hot summer days. Up a level and you have the sunbeds and a furnished terrace with bbq. There is yet another level with outdoor furniture close to the entrance. LOCATION: In the peaceful urbanisation of Maryvilla, Calpe. 5 min. away from the fine sand beaches of the Costa Blanca.
