    Relaxing summer villa with private pool situated in Jalón (COSTA BLANCA), for 6 people, within walking distance of town centre.

    DISTRIBUTION: The villa is distributed on two floors separated by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR is closed and not occupied during rental period. In the UPPER FLOOR you will find a large living room with access to a covered terrace, from where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, in addition to a bathroom with bath and a toilet.

    OUTSIDE: Large plot with space to park 3 vehicles. The private pool is situated in front of the house, around which there is a large terrace with hammocks. Around the villa there are large garden spaces with different types of trees and plants.

    DISTANCES: Villa situated in the beautiful inland village of Jalón, ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday not far from the MEDITERRANEAN SEA (16 km). In addition, it is located 600 meters from the centre of Jalón and all its services.

    EXTRAS: Pets are not allowed. It is possible to accommodate one more person.
