Stunning modern style villa with private pool in Calpe for 8 people. The newly built and tastefully furnished villa is located in a quiet urbanization called `Ortembach`.
Distribution: The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kitchenware). There is also one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds with an en suite bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
Upper floor: It consists of two bedrooms.One of them with double bed, air conditioning and a en suite bathroom with bathtub; and the other one with two single beds and bathroom with shower en suite. It also has access to a terrace with amazing views of the Peñón de Ifach. Open parking on the plot for 1 car.
Outside: The villa has a pool, with dimensions 8x4, with metal stairs and outside shower. It also has a modern barbecue, where you can prepare meals outdoors.
A short distance will allow you to reach the center of Calpe (2.3 km) as well as the sandy beach (2.3 km) and the supermarket (2.4 km).
