    Beautiful Villa with private pool in Calpe, for up to 12 people. The villa is located in the quiet residential area Cometa and consists of a 800 sqm landscaped and fully fenced plot. The living area is 220 sqm spread over two floors, which are connected via an internal staircase.

    Upper floor(access from the parking lot, one step): Composed of a large living room with access to the terrace, from which you get into the pool area (20 steps). 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning. 1 bathroom with washbasin, sink and toilet. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

    Lower Floor(access via internal staircase): A large dining room with TV TDT / SAT and air conditioning. Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and full kitchen facilities. 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

    Outside you will find a pool with size 9x4 meters with roman stairs and space to enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. Parking on the plot for 3-4 cars.

    Quick you can reach the center of Calpe (3,7 km), as well as the sandy beach (3,4 km) and a supermarket (Mercadona 3 km)

    Extras:It is possible to accomodate one more person, at an extra charge of Euro 90 for the entire stay. Pets are allowed, at a charge of € 30 for the entire stay.
