Entering the premises through a remote controlled gate you find the house on the right.
When entering the house you find a small hallway and directly forward you find the living, with fireplace and lounge area on your right. Behind the fireplace, there is a dining area for 8 persons. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the left of the entrance.

The house has 5 functional bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. One bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower, toilet and wash. The other bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and wash. In 2 of the bedrooms, there are build in closets. The other 2 bedrooms have a closet to share.

All bedrooms have separate entrances to the outside area.
When walking through the living you enter the terrace area with the most amazing views and an absolute cosy terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table for 6 persons with possibility of an extra 2 chairs. By the pool, there is an area with 2 mattresses of 140x200 meter for relaxing sunbathing or enjoy the sun on one of the 2 sun lounges. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside.

There is a playground for small children in 5 minutes walking distance.
The direct area of the house is an urbanisation which is located 5 km east of Marbella. Supermarket, restaurants, beach bars and clubs, beauty salons and hairdressers are within walking distance. All in all a great combination for an unforgettable holiday.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.

Extra cleaning:
If you require a full cleaning during your stay the price is equal to the price mentioned in the advertisement for final cleaning.
